Oh my heart. This baby girl and her mama. This was a studio milestone session for her 5 month old baby girl. She just started sitting up on her own so it was perfect timing to take her milestone photos. We did some studio portraits first and then moved on to some natural mom and baby portraits and some more organic lifestyle shots. I love capturing motherhood, so including mom in these photos make my heart happy. In preparation for Mothers Day this year, I will be posting lots of motherhood sessions like this one. I think it’s important for moms to celebrate their beautiful vocation and keep some lasting memories of these years, in the thick of raising small children. We all know these years are hard, but they are also golden.
