This lifestyle newborn session was taken in my client’s home in Alpharetta, GA. We used a few spaces in their home to get a variety of looks and capture some of the interior design. I always appreciate good home ascetics and try to work that into my sessions when I see it. This home had a great guest bedroom with shades of light blue, creams, greens, and grays which we fully embraced for their son’s newborn photos.
We started with the sibling and family shots so the boys could then be free to play. These boys did great for their photos, It can be hard for energetic, wiggly little boys to sit still for photos, but I’m so proud of them! They nailed it. This is one of the added benefits of lifestyle newborn sessions, the kids can go and do whatever they want once their finished with their photos. In some cases parents come to my studio location and we still do the siblings/family shots first, and then grandma or dad takes the kids home. That’s exactly what we did for this studio newborn session with siblings.
I’m starting to notice a trend of sessions with 3 boys. Here is another favorite session I did with 3 boys, this one session is usually trending on pinterest and also made it on CNN! I just never know where this job will take me. Lastly, this Christmas time session with 3 boys (and she’s now expecting her 4th boy!!)
