I met this family when I did my fall mini sessions last year, they were using their family photos to announce that they were having a little girl, see below! I was so happy to hear from them again and to photograph this sweetest new addition. We did a lifestyle session in their Dunwoody home about one week after their little girl arrived. In-home sessions are really special because it’s your home, the heart of where your family memories are created. Walking into their home I saw lots of photos on the walls of their family and growing son. I was so happy to be able to add to this collection of photos with more family memories. I always feel like a home with pictures on the walls in cozier and feels more like ‘home’.
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how important homes are. We all need a place to feel secure and grow deep roots. To grow up in a community and family that you can depend on. To know you always have a place to return to where you are loved and secure. So lifestyle sessions in your home, they are becoming a personal favorite for me.
