Ya’ll this is one of my favorite family sessions to date. This beautiful family came from Woodstock, GA for their family session in Roswell. We choose an evening time for that golden light. We took our time, we played. This is the difference between a mini session and a full session. With a full session you get more variety, more artistic shots, more extra time to give the kids a little break/intermission when they are starting to have a hard time cooperating with photos. Sometimes kids need the breather to regroup and start again. I’m always thinking of ways to get the kids playing and happy, it often requires movement, interaction, and games. My heart is so filled up after leaving a session like this. Being able to bless these families with authentic, joyful, and artistic images is really all I care about when it comes to my work as a family photographer. This mom is a really awesome blogger, helping families manage their money in practical ways. I seriously love her blog.
Lastly, I know I just talked down mini sessions (whoops), but I still have some spots left!
