This maternity session was taken in Roswell, GA right as all the flowers began to bloom! We pushed the maternity session back a few weeks just to take full advantage of the spring time flowers and I’m so glad we did! For this maternity session, hair & makeup was provided for my client in her Atlanta home before she showed up on location. She purchased one dress for her session from some of my suggestions and links sent over prior to the session, and then she also tried out two different dresses from my client collection. In all she was able to achieve 3 different looks and she looked stunning! One of the things I love about maternity sessions is taking our time, trying different looks, and having fun with it. Near the end of the night the light was really inspiring me and that’s when I suggested we do one more outfit change to fit the more dramatic lighting I was seeing.
This mama booked a maternity and newborn session which means I’m counting down the weeks till I get to meet their sweet little baby! Having the same photographer for your maternity, newborn, and family photos really builds a cohesive collection of images so you can create a stunning gallery wall down the road.
