This blog features a recent lifestyle newborn session in Roswell, GA. I love how we kept it so casual, relaxed, and they had fun with it! Lots of laughing and enjoying those baby snuggles. In this session, I tried to utilize as much natural light as I could soak up. These images look very bright and airy, but it was actually pretty dark in the home and it was a cloudy dreary day. Amazing what a little photography magic can do right?
In my editing I try to emulate film photography, I love the softness and how it’s less clinical and more organic if that makes sense. This family also had a lot of great design in the home that we could incorporate in the shots. We were moving around plants and styling empty bookshelves to spruce up the photos.
